Our Board is the foundation of ALI SA’s growth and vitality.
The Africa Leadership Initiative South Africa takes great pride in the talented members of our exceptional Board. Many Board members are ALI Fellows and have completed the ALI Leadership training programme in one of the thirteen classes presented during the past two decades.

The ALI SA Board is working closely with the new Executive Director, Lynette Chen, to improve governance and transparency and to develop a long-term strategy for the sustainability of ALI SA. Significant work has begun on the strategy, and ALI SA will share this with our fellowship in the coming months. We are committed to reinvigorating the fellowship with increased interaction by hosting dialogue sessions, venture workshops and exciting new initiatives.
