The Mentorship Circle is a collaborative mentorship programme between AWCA, Cisco, and Duke CE. The programme will be launched on the 7th of March 2017. The programme aims to expand the scope and circle of mentorship.

The program will provide young people (who are the future leaders of South Africa) with a stimulating journey of support and discovery that is personally fulfilling to them.
The mentorship programme will also drive a contribution to education, running four labs (workshops) annually and will have 30 future leaders in each group.
The content of the workshops will also focus on the key burning leadership issues affecting the younger generation.
