We’re excited to announce that the guest speaker for the first of our 2018 Good Society Dialogue Series events is among the giants of the South African moral landscape: former Constitutional Court Judge, Justice Albie Sachs.
South African society has been grappling with issues of equity, identity, leadership, redress and growth and whether or not society can or should cohere, and if so, around what? Central to this debate and the challenge of building a Good Society is the Land Issue.
Justice Sachs will engage the issue of The Constitution, and Current Debates on the Land Issue, in ways that challenge us and encourage a deeper exploration of our decision-making parameters. His is a perspective we value highly and which we believe will support us as Fellows in formulating our perspectives and moving us into action. We hope you will join us.
