ALI SA is wholeheartedly committed to moving from thought to action, but our organisation does not have a political or policy agenda. We are a leadership fellowship and our role is to convene, inspire, challenge and prod Fellows to move from thought to action, both through their ventures and in other ways where they have the opportunity to positively impact their world.
To this end, we are convening our 1st Action Discussion to reflect on the Hawks’ investigation of the Minister of Finance. The objective will be to discuss how ALI SA Fellows, individually and collectively, in their own spheres of influence and beyond, can and should respond.
To include as many fellows as possible we have planned to hold the discussions in both Johannesburg & Cape Town as follows:
Johannesburg
Date: Tuesday 30 August 2016
Time: 5.00pm – 8.00pm (Arrive by 4.30pm)
Venue: The Villa Arcadia, Hollard Campus, 22 Oxford Rd., Parktown
Discussion leader will be Ferial Haffajee.
Cape Town
Date: Friday 2nd September 2016
Time: 5.30pm – 7.30pm (arrive by 5.00pm)
Venue: Spier Hotel Conference Centre

We will confirm the venues by close of business on Monday 29 August 2016. Note that there is no limit on number of attendees so again we encourage all of you to attend.
