Delphine is co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Perpetua Investment Managers. She has 23 years direct investment management experience. After close to 11 years at Allan Gray Limited, where she held positions of Portfolio Manager and Executive Director, Delphine left the firm to start Perpetua, which has now been managing client capital for the past 8 years. Delphine is a qualified CA(SA) and CFA charterholder.
Delphine is passionate and committed to ensuring the investment industry plays a vital role in having a positive societal impact to the world at large, and especially within South Africa. She therefore plays an active role in the investment and financial services industry through contribution in developments around diversity advancement and inclusivity; gender mainstreaming; regulatory improvements to enable financial inclusion; responsible investing; financial wellness; mentorships and investment thought leadership. Delphine also engages actively in a variety of allied corporate and business networks ensuring these spaces become intentionally more diverse; inclusive and normalised.
Delphine lives in Cape Town with her husband, Logan and their two children.
