Singilizwe Moko Published a book titled “Implementation of the Antiretroviral Treatment Policy” An evaluation of the Implementation of the Antiretroviral Treatment Policy in Amathole Health District of the Eastern Cape. He has Completed 2nd book to be published soon, titled “Evaluation of Primary Health Care Policy: A case study at Chris Hani Health District.”
He is the Chief Director: HIV/AIDS/TB and Maternal, Child, Women’s health & Nutrition at the North West Department of Health.
Singilizwe has a Doctorate of Philosophy in Social Sciences Developmental Studies, and has numerous diplomas and certificates in health and public Management from several institutions around the country, and the USA.
