Sazini is a seasoned social impact executive with over 20 years’ experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. As a non-executive director on multiple nonprofit boards, she leverages her expertise to drive meaningful change. With comprehensive understanding of creating shared value, gender based violence interventions, social impact investments, gender equality and sustainability, she excels in crafting strategies for growth and impact.
Sazini’s distinguished career includes leadership roles at the Global Gender GBV Lead at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), CEO at the GBVF Response Fund and as Managing director of Corporate Citizenship and Community Investments at Absa Bank Group.
Sazini further serves as the Chairperson of Practical Action, a UK based global charity and Chairperson of Southern African Trust a regional NGO based in South Africa, further exemplifying her commitment to social justice and equality.
